About AMRF-Africa

Africa Medical Relief Foundation (AMRF-Africa) is dedicated to providing medical assistance, relief services, community engagements and other devoted services to underserved communities in Africa. Our organization is committed to making a difference by offering essential medical care and promoting health education. We strive to create a sustainable environment by collaborating with local communities and empowering them to make a difference in their society while living healthy.

Africa Medical Relief Foundation (AMRF-Africa) registered non-governmental organization in Ghana, West Africa; registered under the register general and the social welfare services and also is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) US public charity (EIN: 83-2613808) organization mainly for raising funds and other resources to enhance our operations.

We believe in the potential of every individual to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. Our mission is to support communities in Africa, especially underserved areas, in achieving better health outcomes and shaping a brighter future for themselves and the next generation.

Strategies & Operations

Our operations and strategies are centered on Healthcare, Relief Services, and Environmental Sustainability.

After a thorough assessment, we focus on the significant issues affecting targeted communities and their environment.

We engage community and other stakeholders to address challenges in their community

Organize workshops, education and contribute to alleviate hunger, poverty, and youthful skills development

We collaborate with political, religious, traditional, and other non-governmental agencies to enhance our mission and vision.

We educate and train volunteers to meet the needs of our targeted communities.

We collaborate with the local, district, and regional healthcare agencies to reduce barriers to care by providing accessible and quality healthcare.

We provide drugs and medical supplies, relief items, and other supplies that will improve people’s quality of life.

Project Partners

We have a solid volunteering team filled with experienced healthcare personnel.

We collaborate with International, National, Regional, Local, and District Healthcare Directorates to access the needs of their constituents.

We collaborate also with International Agencies, as well as other non-governmental agencies to fulfill our mission and vision.

We work with local traditional Councils, Chiefs, Opinion Leaders, Religious bodies and their Leaders, School authorities, local unions, etc. to organize our activities and outreaches.

We partner with local and other international environmental agencies to create environmental awareness.

We coordinate with High schools and other Tertiary Institutions to promote hygiene and caring campaigns.
